Main erection methods, inspection and acceptance of formwork support system:


Form of formwork support system, main erection method, process requirements, mechanical property indexes of various materials and structural setting requirements. In order to ensure the stability of the support system, the spacing between the primary and secondary beams and the vertical poles at the bottom of the slab shall be considered uniformly according to the modulus, and the vertical and horizontal spacing of the vertical poles under the slab shall be an integral multiple of the row spacing of the vertical poles along the longitudinal direction of the beam, so as to ensure that the horizontal cross bars can be completely connected and effectively improve the overall stability of the frame.




Calculation of beam, slab formwork and support system




1. List and describe the positions, structural dimensions, storey height and span of beams and slabs to be demonstrated;


2. List and describe the layout of beam and slab bottom support and support layout diagram;


3. Design checking calculation of formwork and support system under beam;




According to the setting of support system, select the beam with the largest section in different support layout forms for checking calculation. The checking calculation requirements are as follows:




1) Draw the detailed drawing of the support node of the type to be checked, briefly describe the layout and installation method of this type, as well as the specifications of various materials required;




2) Checking calculation of beam bottom formwork:




? load calculation: including beam formwork weight, concrete weight, reinforcement weight and construction load;




? draw the calculation diagram;




? calculate the bending strength, shear strength and deflection of the formwork;


3) Checking calculation of secondary ridge at beam bottom: the self weight of secondary ridge is added in load calculation, and other loads are transmitted from the upper part. The checking calculation steps are the same as that of beam bottom formwork;




4) Checking calculation of main ridge at beam bottom: the self weight of main ridge is added in load calculation, and other loads are transmitted from the upper part. The checking calculation steps are the same as that of beam bottom formwork;




5) Checking calculation of the stability of the supporting vertical pole: the dead weight of the steel pipe and fastener is added in the load calculation, and other loads are transmitted from the upper part. Check the strength and stability of the support pole;




4. Calculation of beam side formwork: the calculation steps are the same as the beam bottom formwork, including the calculation of split bolt of beam;




5. Design checking calculation of formwork and support system under slab: the calculation steps are the same as the design checking calculation of formwork and support system under beam;




6. Anti slip checking calculation of fasteners of beam and slab support system;


7. Checking calculation of bearing capacity of supporting floor or floor;




8. Calculation of wall and column formwork support: the calculation steps are the same as that of beam formwork.
