Construction process flow


"Full house" fastener scaffold of slab and beam in the top → installation and adjustment of main back edge → installation and adjustment of secondary back edge → back edge of column head formwork and beam bottom formwork → binding of beam and slab reinforcement


→ install cushion block → formwork on both sides of beam → adjust formwork → roof formwork → assembly → measure the elevation of roof formwork → inspection and acceptance.


1. Construction preparation


The construction design or special scheme must be formulated before the scaffold construction of 1 to ensure its technical reliability and safe use.


 2 before scaffold erection, the engineering technical director shall make technical disclosure to the erection and users according to the requirements of scaffold construction design or special scheme.


 3  the quality of scaffold structure accessories entering the site shall be inspected and accepted before use. Unqualified steel pipes and fasteners such as serious corrosion, bending and cracking shall not be used on site.


The components and accessories of 4 shall be placed in the stacking area or stacked on the special rack according to the variety and specification, and the quantity shall be counted for standby.


The scaffold erection site of5 must be flat, solid and properly drained.


Erection of full support frame


When erecting the support of each construction section of1, an additional 0.61.2m shall be erected on both sides of the construction section as the support of the working platform and end formwork, and the edge protection measures shall be set at the same time.


 2  the uneven position of the local base shall be leveled with the base and base plate, and the axis line of the base shall be perpendicular to the ground.


The support frame of3 shall be erected layer by layer in the order of upright and cross bars, and the rising height of each time shall not be greater than 3m.


The bottom layer assembly of the fastener support of4 is the most critical.


The fasteners and jacking brackets of5 shall be selected one by one before use. It is strictly prohibited to use if cracks, deformation and sliding wires are found in the bolts.


Support jacking of6  shall be tightened one by one to achieve uniform stress on all vertical poles.


The erection of the support frame of7 shall be carried out in stages. The height drop between the two stages shall not be greater than two steps. The full hall support frame can be officially put into use only after inspection and acceptance.


When the scaffold of 8 is erected to the top, the technical, safety and construction personnel shall be organized to conduct comprehensive inspection and acceptance of the whole frame structure, and the existing structural defects shall be solved in time.


Construction process requirements


The formwork of 1  shall be cleaned and painted with isolating agent before erection. The laying shall be firm and flat, and the joints shall be tight without mortar leakage. The height difference between the joints of two adjacent formwork shall not be greater than 2mm.


The connection of the support system of 2  shall be firm and stable.


For the construction of the roof structure of 3, after the full support frame is erected, the adjustable bracket is placed on the vertical pole, and the main beam steel pipe is laid on the adjustable bracket. The main beam shall not have cantilever, but shall be staggered and overlapped at the bracket. Then, the secondary beam wood square shall be laid on the steel pipe, the wood square shall not be cantilever, but shall be overlapped at the vertical pole. Finally, the bamboo plywood shall be laid on the wood square, and the bamboo plywood and the wood square shall be connected and fixed by iron nails.


Pre press the support before installing the formwork.


Purpose of support preloading


 1 check the safety of the support to ensure the construction safety.


 2 eliminate the influence of foundation inelastic deformation and support inelastic deformation.


 excluding measurement error, the preloading time of beam span is generally three days. After the pressure relief is completed, the elevation of each control point shall be retested to obtain that the elastic deformation of the support and foundation is equal to the elevation after pressure relief minus the measured elevation after load holding. The total settlement, i.e. the stable settlement after load holding of the support minus the elastic deformation, is the inelastic deformation of the support and foundation, i.e. plastic deformation. After preloading, the elevation of the support shall be adjusted through adjustable jacking according to the preloading results.


Removal procedure of formwork and support


According to the formwork removal procedure of 1, the formwork that is supported first shall be removed later, and the formwork that is installed later shall be removed first.


The removal sequence of the full hall support of2 is: cross bridging → bracket → transverse horizontal bar → longitudinal horizontal bar → upright bar → formwork.


Self inspection shall be carried out before formwork removal of 3: when the concrete strength reaches the removal requirements, it shall be reported to the supervisor for confirmation and approval before formwork support can be removed. The support frame of the middle plate shall not be removed until the roof concrete meets the design and specification requirements.


During the demolition and hoisting of 4, special safety personnel shall command the hoisting operation.


 5 comprehensively check whether the fastener connection, wall connecting parts and support system of the scaffold meet the structural requirements.


 6. When removing the support frame, the garbage and sundries on the support frame shall be removed first, and it is strictly prohibited to throw them down from high altitude.


Before the support frame of7 is removed, detailed technical disclosure must be carried out to clarify the removal scope, quantity, time, removal sequence, method, personnel organization, method and language of command and contact, safety measures and warning area for removal.


Before dismantling the scaffold of 8  it is necessary to improve the anti falling measures in place, place the required safety belt near the scaffold to be demolished according to the staffing, and make enough backup. The workers leave the post with their attendants on and off duty, and put the safety belt back to its original place for next use. The hanging of the anti falling net shall meet the requirements. The anti falling net of the scaffold within the scope of demolition shall be hung without gap and fixed in time.


A warning area shall be set up when removing the support frame of 9. There shall be a clear sign of "no entry" within the falling range, and a special person shall be assigned to monitor, so as to ensure that no other personnel enter when removing the scaffold. When removing the support of10  the team members should clarify the division of labor and give unified command. They should concentrate on the operation process and should not look around.


Operators of 11  must work with certificates.


During the removal of 12  the operator shall fasten the safety belt, wear soft soled anti-skid shoes and wrap his legs.


13. Remove the cross bar and cross bracing of the support frame, and the middle operator shall follow the rod down, and shall not throw it down.


After the removed support steel pipes, fasteners and other materials of 14 are transported to the ground, they shall be cleaned in time, and the qualified ones that need to be reused after renovation and those that should be scrapped shall be distinguished and stacked according to the specifications. The qualified parts shall be maintained in time. After maintenance, they shall be sent to the warehouse for storage for future use.
