Concrete strength of quick dismantling formwork support system
The fast formwork support system can be removed when the concrete strength reaches
For non load-bearing side formwork, including the side formwork of foundation, column and coping, as well as the side formwork of beam, and wall, it can be removed as long as the strength can ensure that its surface and edges and corners are not damaged due to formwork removal. However, for the large formwork of the wall, it can be removed only when the strength reaches 1n / mm2 at room temperature. As for the specific demolition time, it is related to many factors, which must be treated on a case by case basis.
There are two types of strength requirements in formwork removal.
1、 Load bearing formwork:
See article 4.3.1 of code for acceptance of construction quality of concrete structures for detailed time regulations. The percentage of the standard value of design concrete cube compressive strength required to be achieved by different components is as follows:
1. Plate: when the span is ≤ 2, it is ≥ 50%; When the span is > 2 and ≤ 8, it is ≥ 75%; When the span is > 8, it is ≥ 100%;
2. Beam, arch and shell: when the span is ≤ 8, it is ≥ 75; ≥ 100% when span > 8;
3. Cantilever member: no matter how large the span is, it must reach 100%.
2、 Non load bearing formwork:
It includes the side formwork of foundation, column and coping, as well as the side formwork of beam, and wall. When it is removed, it can be removed as long as the strength can ensure that its surface and edges and corners will not be damaged due to formwork removal. However, for the large formwork of the wall, it can be removed only when the strength reaches 1n / mm2 at room temperature.
In addition, another strength is often used in the process of concrete construction, which is the strength requirement that the concrete can reach people: the strength is 1.21n/mm2.
