Installation method of interior wall

The position of the through wall screw shall not be less than 23cm at the internal corner of the through wall screw,

The standard spacing of horizontal screw rods is 42cm,

Put in the main keel of the horizontal expansion bar, pull out the expansion parts at both ends of the expansion bar, and place them on the formworks on both sides. Install the horizontal main keel of the inner wall in place in turn,

Insert the internal corner lock, align it with the hole and insert the pin.

Before reinforcement, close to the spacer on the vertical secondary keel as much as possible. Tighten the gable nut.

External wall installation method

First, install the horizontal main keel in place,

The backrest lock is nested on the horizontal main keel,

Insert the pin close to the vertical secondary keel.

The external corner lock shall be used at the external corner of the wall for reinforcement, and the external corner lock shall be sleeved on the horizontal main keel of the external corner to install the bolt,

Connect the two external corner locksets with the split screw, insert the split screw at the opening,

Tighten both sides of the upper gasket nut, and place the hole bar,

The hook bolt hooks the horizontal main keel and connects the hole bar,

Tighten the washer nut, lock the hole, and tighten the split screw nut at the external corner after the reinforcement of the hole bar is completed,

There must be a gap between the two horizontal main keels, and the overall reinforcement shall be in place in turn.
