Compared with the traditional building formwork, what are the advantages of the new formwork reinfor
Formwork reinforcement tools are one of the factors that determine the project quality. According to the feedback of many construction units, the difficulties of traditional building formwork reinforcement mainly include the following aspects:
The traditional formwork is easy to reinforce and the joint is not tight
1. Weak reinforcement: if the formwork joint is not tight, slurry leakage will occur during pouring, honeycomb will appear on the concrete surface, and serious holes and exposed reinforcement will appear. Traditional formwork reinforcement is easy to collapse
2. Easy to collapse: the bearing capacity of formwork reinforcement is small and unstable. Traditional formwork reinforcement is easy to run slurry and deform
3. Defects: the wall is not vertical, the wall surface is uneven, the wall root runs slurry, the reinforcement is exposed, and the corner formwork cannot be removed.
4. Axis displacement: during formwork removal, it is found that the actual position of columns and walls is offset from the axis position of the building. Traditional formwork reinforcement has offset after formwork removal
5. Elevation deviation: during measurement and inspection, it is found that there is deviation between the elevation of concrete structure layer or the elevation of embedded parts and reserved holes and the design elevation of construction drawing.
6. Structural deformation: bulge, necking or warping of concrete columns, beams and walls are easy to occur after formwork removal.
The traditional round pipe wooden square formwork has poor strength, instability and small bearing capacity. In addition, in the reinforcement and finalization of the traditional formwork, there is no special reinforcement and finalization at the difficult points such as external corners, internal corners, openings and wall corners. Therefore, the above construction problems often occur.
