The contents of formwork support system that should be accepted include
I. requirements for inspection and acceptance of formwork support
1. Before the erection of the support system, the project technical director shall organize the acceptance of the foundation and foundation that need to be treated or reinforced, and keep records. Note: the formwork support system must be set up with the template first. The template is divided into two parts, the first part is the underground civil air defense or garage part, and the second part is the first floor of the standard floor. The sample must be submitted to the work safety department for acceptance before the next construction.
2. Before the formwork support is put into use, the project department shall organize the acceptance. The project manager, project technical director and relevant personnel shall participate in the acceptance of formwork support.
3. The formwork support acceptance shall check the conformity between the actual erection on site and the scheme according to the special construction scheme. The inspection items during construction shall meet the following requirements:
1) The foundation at the bottom of the column shall be backfilled and compacted;
2) The skid shall meet the design requirements;
3) The position of the base should be correct, and the height of the white end and the extension length of the jacking screw should meet the requirements;
4) The spacing and perpendicularity of the upright should meet the requirements, and there should be no eccentric load;
5) The setting of sweeping rod, horizontal pull rod and diagonal bracing shall comply with the regulations and be fixed reliably;
6) The tightening torque of fastener bolts after installation should reach 40~65n pairs. The quantity of sampling inspection shall meet the requirements of the specification;
II. Requirements for formwork support
1. During the use of the formwork support system, the bottom of the column shall not be loosened and suspended, any rod shall not be removed arbitrarily, the fastener shall not be loosened, and it shall not be used as the pull of the cable wind rope.
2. When there is equipment foundation and pipe trench at the formwork support foundation or adjacent place, excavation is not allowed during the use of the support, otherwise reinforcement measures must be taken.
3. During the construction, the eccentricity, vibration and impact of loading and unloading materials on the formwork support frame shall be avoided.
4. The pouring process shall meet the requirements of the special construction scheme and ensure that the support system is stressed evenly. In the process of concrete pouring, it shall be poured and vibrated evenly, and it is not allowed to pile up too high, and it is not allowed to adopt the concrete pouring sequence that causes eccentric load to the formwork support; The construction load on the working layer shall meet the design requirements and shall not be overloaded; When pumping concrete, it shall be leveled with pouring and tamping, and the concrete shall not accumulate at the outlet of the pumping pipeline.
5. When the formwork support height exceeds 4m, the concrete of column, wallboard and beam slab shall be poured in two times.
Beam and slab concrete can be poured above the column and wall slab concrete that reaches 75% of the design strength.
6. During the erection, removal and concrete pouring of the support system, a special person shall be assigned to be responsible for the safety inspection. In case of any danger, the construction shall be stopped immediately and emergency measures shall be taken. The construction can be continued only after the danger is eliminated.
7. The position where the distributing rod is placed shall be reinforced separately.
