Generally, the distance between vertical poles is 600-1200mm, and the distance between horizontal poles is about 1-1.5mm. Many of them are now arranged by experience. For details, please refer to technical specification for fastener type steel pipe formwork support in building construction.

Structural requirements for horizontal bar:

1. At the height of 200mm from the bottom of the vertical pole to the ground, the sweeping pole shall be set along the vertical and horizontal directions according to the procedure of "vertical bottom and horizontal top".

2. The top of the upright at the bottom of the adjustable support shall be provided with a horizontal bar along the vertical and horizontal directions, and the distance between the top horizontal bar and the formwork support point shall not be greater than 50cm.

3. Under the condition that the spacing between the sweeping pole and the top horizontal pole meets the requirements of the horizontal pole step determined in the formwork design, after the step is determined by average distribution, a horizontal pole shall be set at each step in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the maximum step shall not be greater than 1.8m.
